My fitness journey started with a simple goal: losing weight. For a long time, I thought it was just about discipline (and yes that is a part of it)
But.. I’d push too far, end up starving, then swing back the other way. Not because I lacked motivation — the approach just wasn’t right for me. That’s when I realised I needed to switch things up
I realised fitness isn’t black and white. It’s about understanding your body and finding a way to work with it
That shift changed everything for me. I lost over 20kg and built something I could actually maintain
I’ve coached people of all ages — in commercial gyms, private settings, group environments, even kids’ football pitches (so if there’s one thing I’m guaranteed to have, it’s patience)
