James Daly is an advanced instructor and graduated from the renowned National Academy of Sports Medicine. He holds the highest related fitness qualification in the industry – NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM-PES).

Having spent over a decade in the fitness industry James has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience. He has worked with men, women and children of all ages and abilities helping them achieve their health & fitness goals. James' clients include celebrities, professional athletes, and everyday people.

James' reputation as a successful, highly motivated, dedicated personal trainer is continuing to grow and that is why he is now regarded in the industry one of the most dynamic and successful personal trainers in the industry.

James has featured as an expert and writer for Fitness TV on SKY. He has also written numerous articles for some of the country's leading publications such as MEN'S FITNESS and MORE! Magazines. His achievements also regularly feature as articles in the press, both at a local and national level. In 2009, James was selected as an official personal trainer for the Comic Relief Celebrity Mount Kilimanjaro Climb in which he achieved astonishing results with The Sun's 'Bizarre' showbiz editor Gordon Smart, who lost over 2 stone and completely transformed his body.

In 2010, James was the leading trainer for The Sun newspaper's celebrity charity triathlon challenge! He had the task of getting celebrity TV personality/radio DJ Vernon Kay and Sun showbiz editor Gordon Smart fit for the renowned London Triathlon, in which Jenson Button also competed. James' popular training blog for The Sun followed the progress of his clients during the run up to the London Triathlon and was an instant success. During the early stages of training James famously made Vernon Kay sick during an intense session in the gym which featured in many national press articles!

James has also made a number of guest appearances on radio, including BBC Radio 1 on the Vernon Kay show where he gave advice about training for a triathlon and answered caller's questions about general fitness related questions.

James has been passionate about health & fitness from an early age. He is a keen runner and regularly takes part in numerous charity sporting events.

Over the last 10 years Nazlee Keyani has performed all over the world. She started ballet at just 6 years old and never looked back. A performer to the core - her outgoing personality and passion for dance is a favourite with both children and adults alike. Naz has danced at the very highest level, having graduated back in 2001 from the prestigious Lane Theatre Arts.

As well as performing in the Royal Variety Performance, Sony music videos, pantomimes and a backing dancer for the band S Club 7, she also reached the final of Miss Dance UK. Naz has also presented on stage at various exercise conventions for a number of the fitness industries leading companies.

Naz is always looking to develop herself to her impressive and diverse list of talents. She successfully qualified as an ISTD Ballet & Dance Teacher, studio instructor and personal trainer. More recently she qualified as a pole fitness instructor and is therefore able to offer her client’s unparalleled ways to get in shape.

Naz has worked with people of all ages and abilities on a 1-2-1 basis and in a group format. She currently teaches group spinning, salsa, aqua aerobics, dance and conditioning, to name just a few. Naz believes that exercise should be fun and enjoyable; it is this belief that has enabled her to get tangible results with every single client that she trains. With over 10 years experience in the fitness industry James Baker has successfully made a name for himself both in the UK and abroad. Having been a professional athlete as a former wrestler in the U.S.A he then made the transition into personal training. He is now recognised as one of the most prolific, hard working and dedicated fitness professionals in the country.

James is also involved in the world of mixed martial arts – as a member of the highly successful 'Team Nova Forca' - acting as their official strength & conditioning coach. This level of experience enables James to utilise his expertise regarding specific training methods as well as nutritional advice and pass on this knowledge to his clients as a way of ensuring that they reach their health & fitness goals.

James' discipline and determination have been key factors in his own physical training, ongoing education and mental application. These attributes are reflected in his approach to the people he trains, in order to maximise their motivation and self-belief to achieve results in the quickest time possible. With a no-nonsense and highly effective training style James has become an extremely valuable member of the JD Personal Training team.

James also runs MMA based circuit training sessions that give the opportunity for anyone of any age and ability to enhance their own fitness and conditioning. Julie has spent the last 9 years working at the forefront of the fitness industry as a personal trainer both in the UK and in Europe.

A key element of Julie's approach is to ensure that every session is challenging yet fun and enjoyable too. A friendly, supportive and motivational style combined with close attention to detail all contribute towards her popularity with clients.

Julie has helped many women through their pregnancy with pre/post natal training. Her positive outlook, patient nature and enthusiastic approach enable her to create dynamic training sessions that are extremely effective and yield results.

Julie is extremely passionate about her own health & fitness. Her belief is that anyone can achieve results with the right expertise and guidance. This belief is evident through the success that she has achieved with her diverse list of clients.

Ron was inspired to pursue a career in health & fitness after losing a considerable amount of weight and completely changing his lifestyle. As an overweight child Ron underwent knee surgery and as a consequence was encouraged to lose over three stone during his rehabilitation to establish a healthy body weight. After successfully transforming his own health & fitness he now helps other people achieve their personal goals.

Ron's devotion, passion and enthusiasm for his work are quite simply second to none. Having initially established himself as a leading personal trainer for a nationwide gym, Ron was then selected to join JD Personal Training. He now successfully trains clients through a variety of methods consistently achieving high quality results.

Extremely popular advanced circuit and stability ball training classes as well as youth football coaching are just some of the fields that Ron demonstrates his expertise. Ron's accomplished outdoor training class (boot camp) continues to impress and is becoming increasingly popular due its level of intensity and evident results.
